Most of us have different reasons for working out, like toning our bodies or keeping our hearts healthy, but how about the positive effects of exercise on our energy field?
I always say that it is like scrubbing bubbles for your field. One of the best things you can do to clear out toxins and stuck energy is to move your body. When they talk about that exercise high, sure there are the endorphins, but stuck or stagnant energy has moved out of your system as well.
Does the type of exercise matter? No! Do what makes you feel good. For some it’s yoga, pilates, walking, running, biking, etc. Sweating is always a good sign of energy clearing out!
Do something daily to exercise, or at least move your body in ways that feel good to you.
