Dig Deep.
Find Your Courage.
HEAL.

YOU are the curator of your own courage.
Claim your worth, tap into your inner strength, and shine your light.

Are you ready to heal?

HI BEAUTIFUL SOUL,

I see you. I’ve been you. When you decide that you need a change, get stirred up inside, and decide to do something different—welcome to finding your courage!

After doing thousands of earth energy healings, I’ve learned three things:

1. We all want to matter. Most of us look for our worth outside of ourselves. (Me included.)
2. It starts with self-love, even if loving is one of the hardest things to do.
3. Healing is a process, so take it slow, and don’t forget to breathe.

You don’t have to be a believer in healing to get healed. You don’t have to have a guru, meditate 24/7, or eat granola. (I don’t.)
You just have to want to change, to feel better, and to be better. And it starts with loving yourself.

Are you ready to heal?

Own your light,

MEET Peg

I’m a healer.

I, like you, was longing to feel good. That, and my girlfriend told me to go to healing school. (Sometimes life really works out when you listen to girlfriends.) While I was there, I found that I have a gift. Four years of earth energy healing school transformed my life on a deep, spiritual level. I knew I had to share this deep shift I felt internally by opening my own practice.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

Time to Breathe

A Wish for Peace

Having a hard time watching the news? Sleeping? I’m with you. Trevor Noah shared some wisdom in a recent post where he said “society is a contract.” There is a group of people who follow common rules and agree to live together under them. Basically for “black American people they …

Memorial Day

Today stirs up mixed emotions deep within me. The meaning of the holiday “a day of remembering those who died while serving in the military” has become for some a day to have a BBQ. I wrote a blog about collective grieving and know the power of this and what …
