Dig Deep.
Find Your Courage.

YOU are the curator of your own courage.
Claim your worth, tap into your inner strength, and shine your light.

Are you ready to heal?

I see you. I’ve been you. When you decide that you need a change, get stirred up inside, and decide to do something different—welcome to finding your courage!

After doing thousands of earth energy healings, I’ve learned three things:

1. We all want to matter. Most of us look for our worth outside of ourselves. (Me included.)
2. It starts with self-love, even if loving is one of the hardest things to do.
3. Healing is a process, so take it slow, and don’t forget to breathe.

You don’t have to be a believer in healing to get healed. You don’t have to have a guru, meditate 24/7, or eat granola. (I don’t.)
You just have to want to change, to feel better, and to be better. And it starts with loving yourself.

Are you ready to heal?

I’m a healer.

I, like you, was longing to feel good. That, and my girlfriend told me to go to healing school. (Sometimes life really works out when you listen to girlfriends.) While I was there, I found that I have a gift. Four years of earth energy healing school transformed my life on a deep, spiritual level. I knew I had to share this deep shift I felt internally by opening my own practice.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

Rise Up

Have you ever heard of this beautiful song Rise Up by Andra Day? I’ve been listening to it almost daily this year. Here are the lyrics that stick: “You’re broken down and tired Of living life on a merry go round And you can’t find the fighter But I see …

Be a Ray of Light

I just finished reading A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman and one phrase has remained with me: “You only need one ray of light to chase all the shadows away.” I’m holding onto this phrase for 2021. In my times of despair when I’m uncertain of what to do …

One Word
